Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the VixeoTV website (https://www.vixeotv.net) or purchasing any IPTV subscription plan, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using our service.
2. Subscription Delivery & Activation
Upon confirmed receipt of payment, your unique streaming credentials (including M3U URL, Xtream Codes details, or portal authorization) will be delivered electronically. Subscriptions are intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment usage.
3. Simultaneous Connection Limits
Each subscription plan has an authorized number of concurrent connections (typically 1 connection unless an upgraded multi-device package was purchased on our pricing page). Attempting to stream on more concurrent devices than authorized may result in temporary automated stream pausing until extra streams are closed.
4. Customer Responsibility & Technical Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess compatible hardware (see our supported devices) and an adequate internet connection (recommended minimum 15 Mbps for HD, 30+ Mbps for 4K). VixeoTV cannot be held liable for streaming interruptions resulting from local ISP throttling, hardware limitations, or unstable Wi-Fi.
5. Service Modifications & Maintenance
We continuously optimize our server fleet and channel routing with proprietary Anti-Freeze technology. Occasional scheduled maintenance may occur to deploy security patches and stream enhancements. We reserve the right to modify channel lineups or update stream gateways to maintain top system performance.
